I want you to know that regardless of what you've already tried, freedom from anxiety IS possible for you!
But there's an order in which you need to do things. The most common mistake I see people make is not addressing their Nervous System first! Since it's impossible to achieve long-lasting change with a dysregulated system, this can lead to frustration or hopelessness when people try "all the right things" like therapy, diet, exercise, etc...and still don't feel better. Making it seem like relief isn't attainable when that isn't the case.
